Chemical Peels

Chemical peels come in many variations, but the best way to categorize them is by the penetration depth (how deep they go into the skin). Chemical peels performed by physicians are unique because of the level of modification that can be made based on the skin texture, quality, and appearance.

Indications for chemical peels include acne, melasma, scars, actinic keratosis (pre-cancers), sun damage, sun spots, wrinkles (small and deep), and enlarged pores.
